Membership Requirements

Membership by professionals into the Amicable Divorce Network can occur in two different ways. The first, is that you have received an invitation to join from the Amicable Divorce Network. The second, is that you apply for membership. If you are applying for membership, please note that the network has minimum requirements for membership and some vary by profession. In general, all categories require that you have 3 years of experience in your profession and are in good standing with any and all licensing boards. In applying, all potential members must also submit three professional references.  Lastly, if you are an attorney applying to the network, you must also be vetted f0r being a professional who will upholds the organization’s ideals of reasonableness and solution focused practices.

Once an application is received, attorney applications are forwarded to their county chair people. If none exist (perhaps a new county for the network) then directly to the Amicable Divorce Network Board.  Other professional applicants are sent directly to their board chair for the membership process to begin. The Amicable Divorce Network Board will then issue an invitation to join, if approved, or notify you that your membership has not been selected.

Only upon your acceptance to the network are any dues owed. The amount will be noted with your invitation. Payments are accepted by check (made out to Amicable Divorce Network) and mailed to 213 Kelly Mill Road, Cumming, Georgia, 30040 or by PayPal (you can use all credit cards without having a PayPal account) by remitting payment to

Members receive discounts for monthly events, discounts to educational CLE and other events, 10 rack cards about the Amicable Divorce Network to educate the public, 10 tri-fold brochures with more detail about the process and a sticker you can display as you choose to indicate membership.
