Andrew is a Founding Member of the Amicable Divorce Network and serves on the Board representing Mental Health Professionals. Over the past 25 years, Andrew has worked with couples who are dating, engaged, married, or those who are getting divorced and want to work on an amicable co-parenting relationship. He has helped many divorcing couples craft and develop a Divorce Parenting Plan when they have decided to end their marriage relationship and transition to a co-parenting relationship.
Andrew uses a straightforward, nonjudgmental approach to address problems and find solutions. He is passionate about helping individuals and couples at any stage of life have the healthiest relationships possible. In addition, he specializes in helping couples recover from resentments, betrayals and affairs. Andrew has used his 4 step forgiveness process™ to help hundreds of couples heal their relationships.
In the past, Andrew was a member of the Collaborative Law Institute of Georgia for many years and served as board President of CLIG.
Andrew and his wife, Tracy, own McConaghie Counseling in Alpharetta. They have been married for over 30 years and have 2 adult children.
